Age requirement: 13+
The minimum age to create a Mind Spark account is 13. This is the value configured for the app, and it is what the signup screen asks you to confirm. Some countries require a higher age for consent to data processing — where local law sets a higher minimum, that higher age applies to you.
If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we disable it and delete the associated personal data. To report an underage account, email support@vymeros.com with the subject "Underage account".
Protections for teen accounts
- Accounts marked as belonging to a minor are excluded from adult-only content surfaces.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not run behavioural advertising.
- Report and Block are available on every piece of content and every profile.
- Comment, follow and duel interactions can be cut off from any user by blocking them.
- Location is never collected precisely — country is optional and self-selected.
Advice for parents and guardians
- Review the Community Guidelines together before your teen posts video.
- Talk about what should never be filmed: home address details, school uniforms, IDs, or other people without consent.
- Remind them that challenges are entertainment — never attempt anything physically risky.
- Use Block freely; it is not confrontational and it is reversible.
- You can request deletion of your child's account by emailing support@vymeros.com from an address you can verify.
Prohibited exploitation content — zero tolerance
The following results in immediate removal, permanent account termination and, where required, referral to law enforcement and child-protection organisations:
- Any sexualisation of a minor, real, drawn, edited or AI-generated.
- Nudity or sexually suggestive imagery involving a minor.
- Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to move a minor to another platform for private contact.
- Sexual comments about, or directed at, a minor.
- Trading, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material.
- Content that endangers a child physically, including dangerous challenges aimed at children.
How to make a child-safety report
Use the in-app Report option and select Child safety. These reports jump to the front of the moderation queue. For urgent cases also email support@vymeros.com with the subject "URGENT — child safety" and include links.
You can also report directly to the authorities: in the United States, the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678; in Canada, Cybertip.ca. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Data about younger users
We collect the same limited data described in our Privacy Policy for all accounts and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents and guardians can request access to, correction of, or deletion of a minor's data by emailing support@vymeros.com.
