How to report
- Open the ⋯ menu on any challenge, reel or comment and choose Report.
- Pick the reason that fits best and add detail — context helps us act faster.
- For anything not covered by the in-app form, email support@vymeros.com with the subject 'Safety report' and include links or screenshots.
Reports are not shown to the person you reported.
What happens next
- Every report enters a moderation queue visible to our review team.
- Reports involving minors, credible threats or sexual content are prioritised.
- A reviewer checks the content against our Community Guidelines and takes action: no action, removal, reduced distribution, feature restriction, suspension or permanent ban.
- We aim to review reports promptly, and we cannot promise a fixed response time.
Emergencies
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In Canada and the United States you can also reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988. Mind Spark is not a crisis service and cannot provide emergency assistance.
Child safety reports
Suspected sexual exploitation of a minor is removed immediately and the account is permanently banned. Report it to support@vymeros.com with the subject line "URGENT — child safety". In the US you can also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org; in Canada, to Cybertip.ca.
Appeals
If your content or account was actioned and you think it was a mistake, email support@vymeros.com from the address on your account, include what was removed, and we will re-review with a second look.
Protecting yourself
- Do not share personal details in challenges, reels or comments.
