Account & Data Deletion

• Your profile: username, display name, avatar, bio and country.
• Your content: reels, community posts, comments and challenges you created.
• Your engagement: likes, reactions, bookmarks, saved reels and saved challenges.
• Your relationships: follows, followers, blocks and mutes.
• Your progress: points, XP, levels, badges, streaks and answer history.
• Your login identity and every active session on every device — you are signed out immediately.
• Camera drafts stored locally in this browser.

• Aggregate statistics that cannot identify you, for example the total number of answers on a challenge.
• Content other people already downloaded or re-shared outside Mind Spark.
• Limited records we must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention or moderation reasons — for example a record that an account was banned.
• Routine backups, which age out on their normal schedule.

Deletion is permanent. Points, levels, badges and streaks cannot be restored.

• Delete single reels, challenges, posts and comments from their ⋯ menu.
• Remove likes, bookmarks and follows at any time.
• Delete camera drafts from Drafts in your Library.
• Edit your username, display name, avatar, bio and country from your profile.

Email support@vymeros.com from the address on your account with the subject "Data export". We verify the request comes from the account owner and provide a machine-readable file containing your profile, content and activity records.

If you cannot sign in, email support@vymeros.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and include your username. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to correct inaccurate data, object to or restrict certain processing, and to appeal a refused request. Send appeals to support@vymeros.com. You may also contact your local privacy regulator, such as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your state Attorney General in the US.
