Children & Teen Safety

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA in the United States, and comparable protections in Canada). If we learn an account belongs to a child under 13, we disable it and delete the associated personal information.

• Accounts flagged as minors have sharing, invite links and outbound links hidden.
• Mature-rated challenges are filtered out of their feed.
• We do not run behavioural advertising anywhere in the app.
• Public profile fields are limited to username, display name, avatar and stats — no contact details.

• Talk to your teen about not sharing personal details in challenges, reels or comments.
• Review the Community Guidelines together so they know what to report.
• You can request deletion of your child's account and data at any time.

Parent and guardian requests: support@vymeros.com — include the username and the email on the account so we can verify the request.

Email support@vymeros.com with the username and what you observed. Suspected child sexual exploitation is removed immediately, the account is permanently banned, and we report it as required by law (NCMEC CyberTipline in the US; Cybertip.ca in Canada).

Creators must set an appropriate age rating when publishing. Mis-rated content is re-rated or removed by moderators.
